Welcome to the JUMP Website!

The Joint Urban Ministry Project, Inc., known as JUMP, is an interfaith ministry to assist individuals and families in crisis.

JUMP helps with emergency assistance, spiritual care, referrals, and advocacy for persons with low incomes. JUMP operates each weekday morning at First Congregational Church in Burlington, Vermont serving individuals and families in Chittenden County and occasionally those in nearby counties.

The Charlotte Congregational Church is one of the twenty-four Chittenden county churches that support this mission with money and volunteer support.

Staff

	The Rev. Keri Aubert, Program Director Keri helps staff the JUMP drop-in center and also provides administrative leadership and support to the organization, especially in areas of operations, communications, finance, and grant writing. She is the interim pastor of All Saints Episcopal Church in South Burlington. She holds a Master of Divinity, an M.S. in Engineering Management, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
	The Rev. Bill Neil, Program Coordinator Bill helps staff the JUMP drop-in center. He is the pastor of Hinesburg United Church. He holds a Master of Divinity and a B.A. in Psychology.
	Carol Snow, Program Coordinator Carol helps staff the JUMP drop-in center and also coordinates church and community outreach. She is also an interfaith staff chaplain at Fletcher Allen Health Care. She holds an M.A. in Theology and Pastoral Ministry, an M.S. in Counseling and Student Personnel Services, and a B.S. in Education.
